History
Gibraltar Investments
was founded in 1980 by Robert Randolph as a privately-held real
estate investment company established for the purposes of acquiring,
developing, leasing, financing, and managing commercial real estate.
The company has been
involved with the ownership of hundreds of commercial properties
containing millions of square feet of rentable area. Current
projects include single-tenant NNN leased retail and multi-tenant
medical office properties, with a 90,000-square-foot medical office
building scheduled for completion during the summer of 2008.
